Dahlia Bar & Bistro has AMAZING margarita's!!!! They were so good, I want to hire the bartender for my next House party. *Bartender working on 7/23/23 for brunch, inbox me...lol* Me and my fellow Elite Yelper arrived on 7/23/23 for brunch. I can't remember what we ordered because I waited over a year to finish this review, but I will definitely be back.

This review is for my brunch experience on October 29th, 2023. There were six of us I've always kind of noticed this place if I just happened to be in the area, but never truly paid much attention to it. It's a very nice spot that's not too large, and honestly the menu looked very appetizing. I'd like to first get out of the way how much I enjoyed our waiter. His name escapes me, but I know he now only works on Sunday's and is elsewhere Monday-Saturday. He was not originally supposed to be our waiter, but I think he mentioned our waiter got busy and overwhelmed (understandable) and he picked up the slack. We ordered two bottles of champagne for drinks. Yelp & the establishment offered me $10 off any specificity drink so I ordered a spicy margarita with silver tequila to finish the brunch off (thanks Yelp). I decided to go with the short rib hash and I'll certainly say that it was very flavorful. We were handed Cholula but I honestly didn't need anything because it was so good. The short rib was tender, and the potato's and eggs on top were cooked just right. Being greedy I ended up ordering pork sausage to share with a friend, but I needed up being so full, I didn't even eat my portion of the sausage links. I did enjoy myself being there, and truly would not mind returning one day in the future.

This place has been bookmarked for almost a year and we've tried to go on two previous occasions to no avail. The first time we arrived in between brunch and dinner and was told only liquor for 2 hours for the switch over which didn't work for us so we left. The other time se arrived and the kitchen was closed so we left. Our 3rd time was a charm as we timed it out perfectly and was able to enjoy some apps and a drink. The food was tasty and the customer service was on point. We had a Margarita flatbread and garlic butter shrimp to share along with a housemate gingerbeer which my husband says was the best housemade one he has had. I cannot recall the name of my drink but it taste Devine. We will expand our trying when we return :-)
